Bostadsmarknaden i Sverige är totalt värdelös.
Att bostäder ses som handelsvara och ett sätt att tjäna pengar, istället för att vara en mänsklig rättighet är bedrövligt.

@jonathan My wife and I are looking to buy a house here. It's infinitely more affordable than in The Netherlands (...it's bad over there. Real bad.), but that 15% down payment thing is so dumb, and makes it very hard for us. Seems silly that we can afford our rent+utilities, but a much cheaper monthly mortgage payment is locked away behind a massive down payment we can't save up for in the current economy.
